September 21st 3:15pm - 4:15pm
A Music Speed Date
SESAC Presents P.R.O.mancing The SongProducers need writers and writers need producers. Here’s your chance to connect with potential collaborators ready to make hits!  The musical speed date will bring songwriters together from all genres to establish possible synergies and to create collaboration opportunities. Each participating songwriter is required to bring their music along with a player, i.e. iPod, mp3, Zune, Discman, etc including headphones. During the musical speed date, the songwriters will have the opportunity to present their music in an interactive exchange with various participants throughout the room. With this unique method, you’ll have 90 seconds to play your best music for the person sitting opposite you before rotating to the next potential co-writer music station. Based on each of your own assessments, you will then determine if you would like to reconnect at a later date to create musical content.
